I'm Jin Chua, an independent builder based in Singapore. I build practical systems, explore AI, and turn what I learn into notes and experiments.

My work moves between software, design foundations, and small ideas. Nezha Systems is the professional systems side; Build By Rat is where I explore more playful builder projects. This site connects the work through what I make and learn.
